>- see footer for list info -< Hi all, We're having problems with some SQL server connections from MX7. It seems that after updating to the DataDirect JDBC 3.5 driver we have some weird "table locks". Our application is running on two servers, not clustered but just two single instances using the same tables on a SQL Server. Occasionally both applications will hang with all threads requesting data from the same place (checked by looking at thread dumps). It looks exactly like a table lock but SQL Server is not showing any such thing. The reason it looks like a table lock and not just SQL Server blowing up is because a 3rd server is still getting data from the SQL Server just fine, albeit from a different database. I thus point my finger at the updated driver getting it's knickers in a twist since it didn't happen before. It's only happened a few times but it's a pain to resolve. Last time we needed to restart both MX7's and SQL Server to release the lock. Are anyone else having or have had the same issues?
