Snake: thanks for the links and heads up on the commands.

Rich, thanks for moer info and some psuedo. I've used Image Magick before,
funnily I was speaking to someone the other day and they reckon it's a bit
on the slow side compared to other tools but not knowing too much I didn't
comment. Saying that, it's free so great! I'd be interested to hear what you
think?...
