Perhaps a cheaper venue where costs can be kept to a minimum would attract more ticket sales and the whole conference can be funded just from ticket sales rather than relying on sponsors? I found all that Flex stuff a bit of a turn off to be honest. If lots of people are interested in Flex then there should be a separate a Flex conference. Just my 2p's worth.
