Afternoon, all

I have a situation where a MySQL query used to update a table field has
also created a user-defined variable in that query of the type '@var'.

It is easy enough to grab the value by issuing a 'select @var' against
the same datasource, and I can see the its value in the variables scope
dump.

What I can't do is turn that variable into a CF one to use it later in
the script, using something like <cfset myvar = [EMAIL PROTECTED]> - which
falls over because of the '@' character.

How can I convert the @var to a cf variable?

Cheers
Terry
