You may possibly be able to strike a deal with New Atlanta to rent a license on a monthly basis as they are quite flexible, then install it on any old VPS. As far as price and flexibility goes I'd have to go for Railo over BlueDragon, but if it is the .net features you want then I guess there is no alternative.
