Ben non ça ne sera pas terrib, lu comme n'importe quel autre élément de la liste, mais le problème existe déjà avec le "bull"
La solution consistante serait d'écrire catégorie/sous-catégorie mais c'est un peu lourd je pense. Après si on veut faire briller dans les coins on doit pouvoir tenter un <option class="sub-opt"><span class="hidden">catégorie/</span>sous-catégorie</option> et tester ce que ça donne dans un lecteur d'écran... et sur les différents navigateurs...
