Check MS SQL BOL for full-text indexing.
Never used it for an online app, but must have functionality you're
looking for.

Is there a way I can build a search engine that queries a database for a
keyword, and then arranges the results in order of relevance. (i.e. the
number of occurences of that keyword on that page).
Any ideas?
