This might or might not work. A comprehensive regex to match URLs are very
long, (One whole page in mastering regexs by Oreilly)..there is a tag at the
dev. exchange that grabs all URLs from a page...

However there is a URLrewriting ISAPI filter that can do
urlrewriting..below...

It's a module in Apache or a ISAPI filter in IIS.
The module is more flexible
