If you were just clicking on links within your site, then you could use
NORMAL links for internal stuff, and simply do ...

<a href="http://www.AnotherDomain.com"; onClick="LaunchSurveyPopup()">

... for links that took you to another domain. BUT, you still wouldn't
be able to launch the survey if the typed in another address manually,
or if the closed the browser window.
