I have been on holiday, but nobody else should have been on the server. I'll look to see what's setup but the server was rebuilt a few months ago so I don't think auditing is enabled.
Very bizarre. I did look in the Recycle bin and other files are there from long ago, but not the dll which is missing from the whole server!
