I want to know the "header-name" and "header-value" to be used in
order to send Greek emails.

Attributes
Attribute Description
file

I believe you need to set some extra headers on the email to allow
multi-language text. The the CFMAILPARAM tag

The text stored in database is OK. I can even output it properly. Only
