yeah there is a way...
look in your cfmx/bin/connectors directory...
there should be batch files for all major servers...

as for virtual directories, it is not really a production solution so it is
not so easy...
check out the jrun.xml in CFusionMX\runtime\servers\default\SERVER-INF
