Forgot to mention, /errors/mailform.cfm just loops through form fields
submitted to it by the JavaScript and includes the cfml to send the
e-mail (sure you know how to do that).

It then redirects to /errors/sorry.cfm which has a normal web site
header and footer with the message Sorry for the inconvenience, blah
blah blah.
