Hi I have a page that updates or adds customer details depending on whether they have an account or not. After this I do a cflocation so that if the page is re-loaded I do not get duplicate records produced.
One customer when they visit this page only gets the top of the page - all content that is produced before the CFlocation but the cflocation doesn't work. I have asked her what browser she has and if she has any security settings turned on. I know that when I played about with IE 6 security settings it stopped cflocation working but it gave me a link to click, the same in netscape 4.7 I think. Can anyone tell me any more about this and why she didn't get a link to click?
