I've just installed Studio MX and am liking it much more than I thought. However, you had two remote editing options with Studio... use RDS to edit files directly on the remote server or FTP the lot down, edit locally and FTP back up again.
Now, in Dreamweaver MX, you need to specify a local folder for sites edited via RDS, where copies of remote files are saved whilst being editing. Then, you have to remember to put the file back to the remote site when your done. Umm... so isn't RDS starting to behave increasingly like FTP? I just want to edit files remotely like wot RDS used to do without having to remember to transfer files when I'm done. -- Aidan Whitehall <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Macromedia ColdFusion Developer Fairbanks Environmental +44 (0)1695 51775 ________________________________________________________________________ This e-mail has been scanned for all viruses by Star Internet.
