Ye, it will be priced at $99. As I said, I was 100% unconvinced about the need for contribute as to me, it seemed a step back in time (in that not many people want flat websites these days). You can actually edit CFML/HTML code in it, but you can obviously only edit the bits which are html and have been rendered by the server.
There is no HTML source AFAIK, its not designed with this in mind..its for HTML muppets (clients). It has Version Control and some basic workflow in the form of tasks, BUT it is only really effective when using it with DW Templates, which I know most of you guys dont/wont use.
