Hey Giles....., there is no update 'as of yet', it will be released at the same time as Contribute (DWMX 6.1). I did see problems like this during the beta cycle, but I think thought they were nailed.
What kind of testing have you done on this...? Have you, for instance, created a .cfm in DWMX and saved it off then for another DWMX developer to edit that file OK? Then try and do the same but get the Wordpad/Notepad geezer to open the newly created file and edit it before a DWMX user re-opens it.... that way you will see if its DWMX or Notepad which is arsing it up. I have looked in the bug logs and I cant see anyone else has logged this.
