If you go to

http://www.ceatl.org

a non-CF site, go to Standard Documents and left-click on almost any of 
those links, you should get the rtf files opening in a new window. This 
assumes, of course, that you have a word-processor on your machine that 
can understand what an rtf file is (like Word).
