Almost anyone who has the time to spend learning the essentials of how it works.
I don't remember the last time I heard someone say that they were glad they'd finally switched to Windows from Linux, but the reverse is heard very often. The biggest problem for most people in switching to Linux is the time they have to invest in teaching themselves how to be as productive as they were in Windows. That's not to say that Windows is crap and Linux is great, just that it's not the other way around as you seem to be suggesting. Or were you just trolling the list?
