Im parsing some XML and I get this error message: Illegal character or entity reference syntax.
Now Ive worked out that the & sign in the following code is the one freaking it out: <Item ItemCode="ACCE0201" Variation="01" Name="BOTTLE CLIP & OPENER" Available="False" QuickDel="False" CatID="0" SubCatID="0" Price="8" Weight="550" SizeDetails="" Description="" /> The error occurs when Im trying to use parseXML() on the feed. I also get an error on the feed if it contains -. Again, its part of a string and the string is in quotes. However, if I cut the - out and then paste it back in again, its all fine. Can anyone shed any light on this?
