All forums wont exactly do what u want, and if u look at the code u prob wont like it, but then you prob wouldn't like the code in any app u didn't write yourself, so roll your own if you want that much control. Fusetalk is nice if u wanna pay. Don't touch CFBoards, the guy who made it is terrible, he will take months to respond to emails and doesn't really give a damb.
