I think I will seek more info etc on ActivePDF, it looks the bees.

In the tag it says that the version of htmldoc included is free. Its not.
The free version of htmldoc doesn't support command line use.

Also, the version in the download with the tag is knackered. It doesn't work
properly on W2k and just sits as a defunct task that you can't kill. After
trying to run the tag a number of times without success, I noticed that my
server was running out of memory (over half a gig). Turns out there were 20
instances of the task running and sucking up cpu and mem. Only way to kill
them was to reboot.

The latest version on the site is fine, but it's not free.
