The reason your ldf file is bif, is because your database has been doing a
lot of transactions! Just truncate it after a backup.

Hi,
Is there a utility to read transaction log files (.ldf file) generated by
SQL server?
The ldf file on one of our databases has grown very big and was wondering
if I could find why by looking into the file.

Regards,
Sandeep
