Yeah I had this happen recently. Nearly exactly the same CF4.5, every 3
hours.
Then it start running every minute.
Solution: Retarted , that solved it.
Cause: No idea. We did have a hack attempt arounf the same time.
Have you looked in the WWW logs aroung the time it started?

Anyone had this before? I've had a job set up in CF5 for about 4 months now
that runs every three hours. The job is scheduled to run every 3 hours
which is correct!
Today, it has started running every minute! I have checked the Automated
Tasks and it still says 3 hours. Any ideas!
