I have yet to find a query that can do it all in one. The best I have found is the <cf_buildtree> custom tag. This is a recursive tag. The article is in CFDJ:Volume 2 Issue 10.
If you want me to send you the tags off list then let me know. Also if you find a way to do it without using a recursive tag call then let me know.
