T1 is an americanism for a 1.544 megabit circuit. T2 doesn't exist. T3
is 45 megabit.
In the UK, they use E numbers. an E1 is a 2 megabit circuit - roughly
equvalent to a 30 channel ISDN circuit.
Good ISPs for Leased Lines in the UK are:

www.uk.easynet.net
www.nildram.net
www.demon.net
Leased lines are pretty expensive, though, but good quality. They all
come on a bespoke basis and mostly depend on the price of the BT
circuit between the ISP's local termination point and your office. If
you are lucky, and are on one of the main alternative carrier routes
(e.g. fibrenet -
http://www.fibrenet.co.uk/downloads/products/tanet_uk.pdf) then it
might be cheaper.
