The MBSA is not a good guide as to whats installed as it detects files which have earlier version #'s and flags them as missing or not installed... when you run the app, look at more details of what is missing etc and you will see that the actual file you have installed has an earlier number which is OK as you have the latest file installed.
If you have fully patched and you have ran the MSBA then you should be 100% OK, as long as you introspect into each versoin of the DLL via the GUI to ensure you are running the correct versions.
