[ cf-dev ] OT: tax rebate for IT purchases?

Just read in Computer Weekly that small businesses can get a 100% tax 
rebate for IT purchases, and that the limited offer period ends next month 
(presumably at the end of the tax year)

Does anyone know if this is limited to companies or can sole traders like 
myself also take advantage?

BTW, apologies for the OT post, but I can't think of a better place to get 
a straight answer (including the inland revenue).
