BTW, we purchased BeyondCompare a few weeks ago. It's cheap and lightning-fast text comparison tool; it leaves things like WinDiff in the shade. If, for whatever reason, you ever find yourself working with a couple of development copies of a site and can't remember exactly which copy contains which revision, get BeyondCompare.
