assuming you're talking about W2K, and not MySQL:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/

there's two lists, one is a new one for end-users, which seems to be fairly
useless (just gives very vague summary information), you want to join the
other one:

WRT to running MySQL on a W2K server, does anyone know how you go about
keeping that up-to-date with patches? Is there a security mailing list
you can join that gives you a heads-up when one is released?

And also what's the deal on patches for Apache, come to that.

Thanks
