sounds like you might want to manually delete your registry entries, drectories and files, and start from scratch. The only thing to try first would be reinstalling the MX upgrade in an attempt to fix the current install. BTW - I don't recommend the upgrade at all... better to install standalone and then migrate your apps.

I have successfully uninstalled CF5 and now wish to Uninstall CFMX. Trouble is, It seems to have problems with running services and so will not uninstall at all. Anyone have any ideas about this/encountered this before. I have referred to Macromedias Technotes about this, and it states that I should go to cmd prompt and enter a command, trouble is, the folder this cmd should be run on does not exist. This is obviously very confusing. (as are Macromedias halfassed readmes generally) Any ideas chaps? -- ** Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/dev%40lists.cfdeveloper.co.uk/ To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For human help, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- ** Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/dev%40lists.cfdeveloper.co.uk/ To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For human help, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
