soz, in my orig email I made a typo, the jar file should go in the
web-inf/lib folder

also, you can use plugins with imageJ
(http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html ) which I'm seeing if I can
call from the api at the mo - but this is something you definitely can't do
with cfx_image
