sure, its fairly easy. on your checkout page you have a form whose action is the worldpay action page and which contains (amongst other things) your installation ID as given to you by worldpay.
the user clicks on submit, gets taken off to worldpay where they fill in the credit card details etc. just read the integration guide, its all pretty straightforward.
