I think you'd prob have to append the cftoken everywhere yea, but it needn't
be too hard...

some quick CF studio regexs on any <cflocation>, <form action=>, <a href,
etc etc..

if you're allowed to use and rely JS (if its an app where you can define the
tech requirements for usage) then you could even write a JS function in the
header to trawl through every url in the loaded page and append the cftoken
to it, things like that...
