If QoQ supports BETWEEN, wrap the two date/time objects in cfqueryparam.

To be honest, I suspect that wrapping the date/times in quotes works as,
at some level, ColdFusion's date/time objects will be held in memory as
a string, so the text comparison succeeds on identical date/times, but
it can't be good practise, plus you come unstuck when you want to
isolate a portion of the date/time object in the WHERE clause.
