I've used ActivePDF. Pretty much sings and dances. I've have a couple of niggle with the way certain styles are rendered, but I've been assured that these are in the pipeline for being addressed. It's quite neat in that it will either use its own rendering engine if you have pretty basic output requirements, or you can have it use a server installed copy of IE as the render thus retaining all layout from a given piece of HTML.
