The best recommendation here is hang in there for redsky (the next release of CFMX - 
yes it is a free upgrade), it is coming...

When I can't tell you (someone would have to kill me) but it is fully windows 2003 
compliant!

This is the problem - it doesn't even work on the default website.  I get an
error trying to run the connector batch files too... Bit strange but I've
tried changing all sorts of permissions problems and stuff!

It may be a permissions issue with the jrunscripts virtual directory.
Make sure you enable the resources as you do with the main site.
