Just booked/registered for MAX in Salt Lake City next November. I`m looking forward to the fun there. Here's a tip: Unfortunately the reductions MM have negotiated with United and Delta extend only to US citizens travelling from the US. Conference begins on Tuesday 18 November, if you travel out on Monday b4 or Sun b4, cost of flight around $1800, if you travel previous Saturday, Nov 15, cost comes down to $600approx, this as of last week, but may change as time goes by. Hertz reductions apply though.
