All by hand I'm afraid from this end. Our strictest guidelines are to do
with variable locking and database permissions.

What do the panel use for checking that web pages conform to the standards 
that they or their company set, plus meeting XHTML standards?

Apart from using the built-in (Studio) link and page verifiers, what else 
do you use? Anyone use the code sweepers/CSE Validator etc?
