[ cf-dev ] Scheduled Task / Connection Failure

Hello I've set a bar chart up in CFMX which works just fine.  As it takes a while to run, I want to set it up as a scheduled task and publish it to a html file once daily.  However, the html file being produced always says "Connection Failure" in it.  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
