I wouldn't say it was "my" regex: I only took what Rich posted and made
it work...  ;)

Here's the regex I use when I'm checking email address.  I'm not sure
where it came from but I've seen it floating around in other people's
code too...

^['_a-z0-9-]+(\.['_a-z0-9-]+)[EMAIL PROTECTED](\.[a-z0-9-]+)*\.(([a-z]{2,3})|
(aero|coop|info|museum|name))$

[watch the wrap, it should be all one line and nospaces]
