I may have got the wrong end of the stick but could you use CFHTTP to grab 
the site you want to mask and then output the content from the CFHTTP call.

So you would have www.yourmaskingsite.com would have index.cfm calling 
CFHTTP on www.thesitetomask.com?

Any good?
