yeah I've seen that recently. Is he using a Mac? You could try asking on the soEditor forum, they're usually pretty good at getting back to you. I don't know what causes it or how to fix it, but with the instance I noticed, it had only done it on some words (the first sentence only if I remember correctly). I wondered if it was due to cutting and pasting from Word or similar? Or where some kind of formatting had been applied to that sentence.
