have you even read the question Neil? he wants to do a next/previous paging from a query return, so therefore saying it can't be done is rubbish. He just didn't know the right way of getting the results he wanted. I'm glad there are other people on this list that actually read questions, and give the person who asked the question the respect they deserve - I think you need to remember we've all been newbies.
