Sorry I missed this bit. Just below the LogFormat directive you need: Either:
CustomLog /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log common_with_mod_gzip_info1 Or: CustomLog /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log common_with_mod_gzip_info2 Depending on home much information you need these will alternate between the LogFormat lines you added. The latter provides far more information.
