Hi, We are having problems with getting CF to verify our mail server connection when using an external IP address. We have completed a full SMTP session using telnet (from command line) from the CF server to the mail server, but whenever we set the CF Mail Server it justs says "No connection to mail server.".
Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it (or where to look?)
