does the file have zero size?

try stopping both CF Application Service and CF Executive, then
delete/rename it.

Hmm, thanks for the idea but if I try to rename or delete it try to do
anything with it it seems, I get the error:

"Cannot delete 1630: There has been a sharing violation.

The source or destination file may be in use."
