Just a little note....we were having real performance issues on DWMX2004 on XP and 2000, and noticed that the Win2K box did not have SP4 on it......nor did it have the latest MSXML parser. We upgraded them both and bingo....performance has been DRASTICALLY improved......I cant tell if it was or the other, but I urge anyone having performance problems with DWMX2004 to at least check they require a service pack upgrade and at least the MSXML SP4 update.
