"I mean  you should have a type = button and onclick="Validate();"

and the last 3 lines of the validatrion function should be
document.myForm.myButton.value='please wait';
document.myForm.myButton.disabled='true';
document.myForm.submit();"

This won't submit the form if you don't have Javascript enabled, as
type=button won't do anything.  type=submit will submit your form though.

erm...wont it still still submit as the button TYPE submit will always
perform that action?

I'm confused.

If you have JS turned off but are using the function - the form will still
submit properly...
