I think I've done this in the past perhaps once, where you put a URL
parameter in your form action, even though you're posting the form.  Can't
remember the reason why I needed to do this, something unusual anyway.  It
should work, although I think possibly it's a bit buggy in some browsers?

Um... HTML doesn't work like that...

I think you may be thinking of ACTION="get" where all parameters are passed
in the url.
